Do you do custom orders?

Absolutely, although I've had to close my order book until after Christmas 2018. Custom orders are how Hope and Ginger began and we love doing them. Pricing depends on the length and complexity of the quote so drop us a line via the contact page to discuss your ideas!

How much is postage?

Postage to the UK is completely free and your parcels are shipped by first class post. Parcels to other countries will incur a cost but I try to keep this as low as possible 

Do you offer a discount for bulk orders?

Yes - we do. Bulk discounts are worked out on an individual basis so get in touch if you'd like to order lots of goodies!

Can you do prints in different colours or sizes?

Yes we can! Currently our prints are offered in black and are either A4 or A5 but we can do prints in other colours (though this will incur an additional charge). Give us a shout via the contact page to discuss what you might like.

What about returns?

We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved making it! But if there are any problems please drop us a line via the contact page within 28 days of purchase and we'll try to help.

And workshops? Do you run those?

At the moment we don't have any workshops lined up however it is something we are considering developing. If you would be interested in attending a brush lettering workshop in South West London drop us a line and we'll see what we can do.
